Body Mass Index (BMI)..

tadi an tanya aku camna nak calculate BMI.. mesti la aku tak tau kan.. tp aku bgtau gak kt dia.. sbb aku dapat info tu kt web.. mudoh2.. haha..

bagi sapa yang tak pernah tau apa itu BMI, ni bukan sejenis pusat pengajian tinggi yg terletak di Gombak nuu.. ini adalah BMI iaitu Body Mass Index (BMI) which also use to measure the body fat based on height and weight that applies to both adult men and women.

tu diaaa.. aku copy paste sambil tokok tambah.. haha..

so, ladies and gentlement, to calculate body mass index for a given height and weight, please use the formula below..


BMI = w / h2
Where w is weight in kilograms (pounds divided by 2.2), and h is height in meters (inches divided by 39.4).2

susah2 je kan nak kira guna manual? guna je la calculator kt SINI..
haha..

aku punya 16.6 je? underweight la ni.. sapa rasa lemak dia lebih, meh buat transplant kt aku.. cukupkan 18.5 dah la.. hahaha..
